Ok I am trying *not* to be ravenous :p
Just want to blog my daily details :)

Breakfast: Coffee and then branflakes with skim milk and a nectarine

Lunch: chicken noodle soup with half a turkey/swiss sandwich on light whole wheat bread, lots of water

Dinner: Roasted white meat chicken with no skin, baked potato and veggies with fake butter spray, lots of water

Desert: 3 caramels (acckkk)

Exercise--(I go to the gym on my lunch hour during the week):
stretching
60 crunches with 5 lb ball held over my head
30 minutes on the elliptical torture machine
15 minutes on the treadmill
I drank a giant Propel fitness water too

And tomorrow is another day!
 
Hey Pequin! :) Nope, no diet plan so to speak.....I just kind of wing it, but Im trying to get away from that and keep myself honest now!!!
SO do you mean just create a plan for myself or is there an official place or tool that I can do this with?
 
Sparkpeople.com and Fitday.com both have super great tools to help you get started. I use Spark (like it much better) but Fitday is pretty good too.
