Welcome to my diary everyone

Hi I am Ransy after I started working from home in 2001 I have gain weight about 15 kilos in 8 year. I was active in trainings studio before I started working from home. But have not been in a training studio for many years now.

My goal is to lose 15 kilos in 6 month :) I started my journey on September 16th

16.09.2009 Weight 77, 6 kilos high 167cm

Losing 2, 5 kilo a month is a realistic goal for me.

I am testing fasting right now that is one or twice a week I will drink water for a period of 24 hours.
I intend to try this out for about 6-8 weeks. I eat as healthy as I can. But I can fall of the wagon from time to time :)

Don’t freak out. This is not something that I am recommending to anyone, this is something I am doing for myself. I believe fasting can be useful in a total health plan.

Studies on intermittent fasting down by Mark Mattson a neuroscientist and his colleagues at the National Institute on Aging in Baltimore, have shown that intermittent fasting reduces blood pressure [and] reduces heart rate similar to what's seen with regular exercise. Past studies have established that you age more slowly and live longer when they consistently consume fewer calories. Researchers are still working to understand how calorie restriction slows aging, but they've observed that calorie-restricted animals have improved insulin sensitivity. In people, this change protects against diabetes.

Regarding activity I have a dog, I go out with her twice a day, I really enjoy walking with her and my daughter always walks with me in the afternoon so it is allot of fun, talking and quality time.

Breakfast, lunch, and had dinner at 6 pm

Fasting from Wednesday 6pm to Thursday at 6pm (I only drank water.)

Thursday after 6pm eat dinner and evening snack

Friday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack

Saturday breakfast, lunch and had dinner at 6pm

Fasting from Saturday 6pm to Sunday at 6pm (I only drank water.)

Sunday dinner after 6pm

Monday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack

Tuesday, breakfast, lunch, dinner

Wednesday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack
