I've got a problem with my teeth grinding. Had it for a while now, started when I was stressed out, but it hasn't stopped now that i'm back to normal stress levels. It's started causing problems with my jaw, and it might be the cause of my sensitive teeth. It's not a vit b5 defeciency. I'm pretty relaxed so I don't think it's stress.
Any ideas on how to stop this or alleviate it please?
