I searched "Fitness forum" and randomly selected one (this).


Our tale of the tape!!!

HEIGHT: 5'9"
WEIGHT: 175 lbs
BF: 17%
AGE: 16


Aims - Improve circulation and Increase strength aswell as lose bodyfat. This will stop until I'm at 160 pounds then I'll start maintaining my weight.


Beliefs
The most important currencys are time and pain

great rewards require both

determination and patience great assests achieve perfect training


Foreword - Obviousily because of events and enviroment a I wont be able to 100% follow this however the only way is forward and even at 1% improvements are still made. I predict following this 95%

"Theres a reason"

Sleep - 9 hours sleep, 15 hours awake. I wake up at 6:00 everday and go to bed ussually between 9 and 10. Waking up at the same time has its benefits.

Shower - 30 secs hot, 30 secs cold, 30 secs hot, 30 secs cold - Proven to improve circulation

Training

These are done everyday

"skip and stretch to start the day" - Improve circulation and wake me up
"30 minute dog walk"


I go to the mma gym on tuesdays and thursdays. its on for 2 hours and I do the usual striking, grappling and stuff.


Core training 1

50 crunches x 3 Old tradiononal crunches
10 x lying hip swings
3 x Time plank hold


Core training 2

10x pushups x3
10x squat thrust x3
10x supermans x3

Endurance run - Just a very long run across a beach


Free weight training -



VERY unorthodox training in here -





Negative calories drinks

Water
Green tea
Black tea
Ginseng
