Quick Question

Im about to start football training and ive been working out at a local gym for about 1yr and i know football plus school is going to take up most of my time so i was wondering what i can possibly do so i wont loose all the muscle i built up cause the conditioning is going to be horrible and no time is gonna be left for me to go to the gym on my own even though i will be going to the gym with the football team its not going to be the same what can i possibly do so i wont be a complete loss ?

Eat a hell of alot of protiene. Like whatever your body weight is ... eat that in grams of protiene. I'm 180 lbs so i'd eat 180g of protiene per day. Its not to hard have it in shakes/tuna/chicken/steak/ and a MILLION other things. That protiene will help you to keep the muscle you have. Besides that buy some cheap dumbells and work out at ur house. Theres alot you can do with a couple dumb bells. Plus pushups and dips off counter tops and crunches and all that kinda ****.

I wouldn't sweat it to much. You'll prob do the Bigger Faster Stronger program which is bench, squat, and power clean. It's not a bad program and with the conditioning you'll be in pretty damn good shape-size and strength together.

it's "protein" not protiene ??? ya just eat healthy and eat alot, your football training won't make you loose muscle. usally football teams are required to workout, at least that's how it was for my school. I really woudn't worry about this.
