Quick Question

Hi. I have this coming soon to my house. I was wondering if this bench is good enough for all my needs?



I wanted to work out my full body such as abs, calves, legs, arms, etc... Is this good enough? If so, can you guys tell me any legs or calves exercises that will benefit me the most on this bench? Thank you very much. I appreciate it.
 
sure. it looks like a decent bench.
but you only really need a bench to do bench press...
deadlifts, squats, mil press/dips, chinups/pullups, and rows arent associated with a bench.
