Quick Question

Ok so I am home for the week for spring break and not a gym member....

Assuming I am only doing 3 chair pushups as my workout every other day, how many sets/reps could I do without overworking my chest???

thanks for any help i appreciate it

that is depending on you're goals. what are you're goals?
if youre just trying to maintain while you're away from youre regular workout just do sets of 8-12 or something if you're only using two sets, depends how many you can do, just try to stay within maybe 24-40 in volume or something. If youre just maintaining for a week it doesnt matter all that much

Just take some time off. My spring break is next week and I will not be at the gym.

so just 8-12 sets 24-40 reps each set I should be good??? and still give my body/chest rest I am sure...thanks for the help

oh my god no, thats not what i meant. by sets of 8-12 i mean do sets of 8-3 reps, like 3 sets of 8-12 reps. volume is set*reps (*weight lifted, but dont care about that now)
