Quick firing line question...Advice or Help would be Appreciated alot!

You'll hear different opinions on coffee, but I don't think it's an issue. I drink more coffee than that as do a lot of my triathlon buddies.

ahhhh few!, was going to say it cant dehydrate me that much as i get through 3-4 some mornings and everythings fine below.:sport:
i cant actually eat every 3 hours as im normally working and dont get a break!

also a quick question before i go to work today.
if im led on my back and my legs are on a few books so they are levitated up.
then doing sit ups with half a leg cross over, kind of like a jacknife but half of one.
if im doing reps of 25 on each leg will this define and tone my abdominal area more than crunchs?

yeah im trying to head towards brad pitt in fight club, and i know its probably one of those bodies that everyone cant get, but theres no harm in trying
also just noticed how Shia Labeouf body is kind of similar to mine maybe? proportion wise. im not too sure.
 
Yeah bro. You can do it just go for it. Just search for his workout on google or something.

I wouldnt try to do everything he does in the workout as far as reps and weight goes. Make sure you change the exercise to work for you at the moment until you are at his level.

yeh man, i dont really want to build my body to a big build, i want to stay normal yet muscley, kind of a bruce lee body shape if that helps.
 
for anyone thats interested my progress is comming along really well and my abdominals are beggining to show through!
really stoked on it, and eating alot more protein with my meals now, as in two cans of tuna with veggies!
will post up progress pictures sooon!

Yes it can be possible for you as you just need to work out accordingly so that you can able to get some muscles, for this you take some guidance from fitness trainers who will help you better with you body.
