You'll hear different opinions on coffee, but I don't think it's an issue. I drink more coffee than that as do a lot of my triathlon buddies.
ahhhh few!, was going to say it cant dehydrate me that much as i get through 3-4 some mornings and everythings fine below.:sport:
i cant actually eat every 3 hours as im normally working and dont get a break!

also a quick question before i go to work today.
if im led on my back and my legs are on a few books so they are levitated up.
then doing sit ups with half a leg cross over, kind of like a jacknife but half of one.
if im doing reps of 25 on each leg will this define and tone my abdominal area more than crunchs?
