questions

hi

i am 13 and i weigh 10.5 stones

evrday day or so i do the treadmill for 30-40 minutes
8 lb dumbells
boxing (boxing ball)
200 steps on ministepper
crunches and so on

i have some questions

1. i have realised tyhat now i dont really sweat or get tired as im on the treadmill why is this what should i do ?

2. some posts on this forum have confused me do i suck my tum in while doing crunches

3. i might be buying a rowing machine what will it do for me ?
 
1. Maybe your not pushing yourself. The main concern of cardio is to increase heart rate.

2. Squeeze.

3. Good cardio using a pulling motion that will help condition your back and rear delts.
