questions on exercise routine

hi, i am a fat stupid american wanting to get in shape, and i have been introduced to a quick exercise routine that i have been doing for two weeks now.. i have noticed a change in my mental health in doing these exercises and am wondering what experienced people have to say about this routine..
is it not enough? is this a good enough routine to become physically fit with? when should i start to see changes? etc...

it starts off with 100 jumping jacks then here is the routine

exercise, sets, reps
------------------
bodyweight squat, 2, 15
side to side lunge, 2, 10 each side
inverted push-up, 2, 10
push-up, 2, 10
close-grip push-up, 2, 10
lying torso raise, 2, 10
weightless concentration curl, 2, 10 each arm
crunch, 2, 15

i do this routine 3 times in the morning, i am so out of shape i feel like throwing up afterwards and have to lay down for a while before i start my day
but during the day i feel like a million bucks so i plan to continue this exercise, which is why i am wondering if it is good/bad, how i can improve it, where do i go from here?
i dont know anything about fitness and health so please help me
thank you

sorry I can't help you since I am pretty new also but I know that everyone will be asking you for more information. They will need to know what your goals are and all your stats. (Age, weight, sex, etc.) This information will help them so they can see if this routine is for you. Good luck.

thank you goal2befit..
im 26 male, 235 lbs, 6'2, dont know body fat percentages
my goals are to eventually get into body building once i can get in shape..
basically i would like to be physically attractive, right now i have weak arms and a gut.. i never saw the importance of exercise and my body has paid for it, so now im trying to get headed in the right direction and am willing to make any drastic lifestyle changes necessary..
