Questions about my workout

Hey guys im relativley new here. I do 3 workouts a week.

Legs - Sunday
Chest/Triceps - Monday
Back/Biceps - Wednsday

I was thinking of implementing a shoulers/abs workout, but i do not know any exercises i can do in terms of abs.

Could someone give me a short 30 m weekly routine in which i can do ab workouts int he gyms, including rep counts etc..

I don't want to tell you a routine because I'm not trained for that sort of thing. BUT I can give you a great website with a huge archive of excercises, videos, instructions that will help you out.

But I wouldn't go about constructing your own routine just yet. There are a lot of guys on this site that will help you out with a routine.

Also, read the sticky thread at the top of this board. Lots of good info.
 
What are your goals? Give us a better look at your goals and check out other peoples journals and questions on this forum......believe me this question has been answered more than once
