Question >.<

I've just began going to the gym, and I find after I while when i start the free weights and cable machines, i start shaking/shivering as i work out. so show I stop when i start to shake or continue?
 
Hmmmm. Is it like shivers or wobbles? What I mean is - is it because your arms are weak pushing the weight so they shake? If it's just because of the weight keep on working out. If it's because your body is going into some sort of shock, stop.
 
Could be your nervous system. Are you taking any fat burn burners? I have mild anxiety and when i workout hard i somtimes shake.
 
no only certain routines such as benching or anything where u push upwards mostly.. and it doesnt do the shaking in the beggining, only after a while
