Hi Becky,
Yay for you--another 2 down, that's wonderful! I know what you mean about the time frame--I was hoping 3-4 months I'm aiming for a loss of around 50 or 55. But I'm beginnng to think it's not going to happen on my schedule. The person who told me about this lost 35# in the 12 weeks. I'm guessing that the people who have the bigger losses tend to lose bigger amounts early on. But even at that, I think everyone's body must handle it differently.
I did get an answer on the fruit, thanks for asking. It went something like this:
"Crackers and fruit are always optional, you don't have to eat them. Try taking a second multi-vitamin at lunch. And if you're still hungry and can't go without the fruit you may have an extra 4 crackers/day" I get so frustrated with the answers I'm getting. I can see they don't want to give away any information about how this all works so they just resort to parroting the manual. I'm really curious why having a certain amount of extra veggies for snacks wouldn't work but I know I'd never get an answer to that question. Oh well. I'm avoidng the fruit and using the extra crackers.
My hair has been thinning and falling out from the lack of fat!!! Not very healthy and quite alarming. I've added some fish oil capsules to try to reverse that and stop anymore from jumping off my head. Have you found that at all? I asked before I joined about the lack of fat because I know it's not healthy and their answer was "it's only for a short time". But I know for many peope it's not a short time and if my hair is falling out after 4 weeks, I can't imagine what it would be at 4 months.
Don't mean to be all negative but even though this program offers alot of benefits in terms of being "rapid", tightening skin, and resetting metabolism, there are some things I wonder about.
Merci
