Can I still bulk when I am not working out? I am not working out for one week. Will I gain too much fat during this week? Could this benefit me? Please, PLEASE, give me some tips on my situation.
 
A week off is always good, especially if youve been lifting consistently for some time.

I just got back from a week off actually, if you truly take a week off from all lifting, not even doing push-ups or chair dips or anything like that, you'll most definitely feel it a lot more when you get back at it.

As long as you're eating well, as I'm sure you know, you should be fine.
