Question

Ok, so i wanna lower my BF and get that ripped look we all want so i'm about to start cutting. Now, when i first started lifting i made massive gains in my first 2 or so months but then that progress slowed down (as it does for all people). So my question is, after i've finished cutting and i want to add on more weight again will i see this sudden boost in size and strength that i did when i first started lifting or will it be slower gradual gains that i get at then end of my gaining phase? Thanks

It all depends. You just want to remember to vary your workouts as much as possible. This will throw your muscles for a loop and remember to keep lifting heavy weights.

You should notice some steady, nice gains for your first year. There's no reason why you can't continue to get stronger through your "cutting" phase. The more often you stall, change your routine. I change mine (at least a little) weekly. Mreik, on the other hand, changes his infrequently (I think he's used the same routine for the last year and still making good gains off it).
