ok, I can only afford/am able to get to the gym about 2 times a week, and when I'm there I work stuff in sets, do my cardio, and focus on doing stuff to get bigger, as I have use of the heavier weights.
But the other 3 days that I work out at home, I dont have any sort of heavy weights, so I tend to work on doing 1 set of everything, but with moire repetitions, as I feel my muscles haven't been worked if I do light weights, at low repetitions in sets.
I was wondering if working on muscle strength and bulking, and muscular indurance at the same time is good, bad, or no use to me. And what does it do if it's good or bad?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
