Question on Diets and Man Boobs...

Hello,
I just stumbled along this website and felt I should post. First let me give you a little history about myself before I start with my questions.

I am 21 years old, 5'10" and weigh around 220lbs. About three years ago I wieghed close to 270lbs, but thanks to the motivation of my uncle, I went to the gym and exercised and got down to 220lbs. Well, last year I moved away for college and jumped back up to 240lbs and the past month or so I have been following the Atkins diet and am back down again to 220lbs. I plan on joining my gym back home here for the summer.

Now for my questions. Do you think I should stay on the Atkins diet while I exercise this summer, since I am told I should cut down on my fat where as the Atkins diet says you should eat a lot of fat.

I have and have always had since middle school a horrible case of man boobs and a tire around my abdomine. I plan on doing plenty of cardio this summer and was wondering if it were possible to drastically reduce my manboobs by the end of August and if you knew of any exercise that was really good to replace the fat there with muscle.

I really appreciate any help you can give me and look forward to your responses!

Thanks a bunch!
Matt

if you are really serious about losing wieght and looking good you have to stick with it even after summer.
i wouldnt stay on the akins diet. the atkins diet tells you to lay off carbs, wich is what youll need when your in the gym. low fat, low calories, high protien, high carbs.
as for the man boobs, lots of cardio will take care of that. do some bench pressing to build muscle there.
