question ive been pondering over

ok, ive been stressing about this question for some reason...can you not do cardio and weight lifting.
what i meen is do you almost have to give up cardio for weight lifting to be effective? Would it be ok to do somin like this:

Monday:full body
Tuesday:cardio
and so on?

No.

I know of plenty of people who do cardio and weights, but they don't do them on the same day.

Often times they do intervals, sometime steady state. They mix it up to keep it interesting.
 
o ok, good, cause thats what i used to do and i got fairly good results(and i still ran on lifting days) and i was kinda stressing cause i read a artical that says that dieting alone isent incrediably effecting for weight loss(cause it targets the fat on the organs not under the skin thus showing less results in looks). but that makes me feel alot beter
