Well for what it's worth, what I'm doing seems to be working.
We're taking the fish oil pills as suggested & have more leafy greens in our diet.
Changing my strength training sessions seems to leave me with more energy the next day for my cardio work outs. I added 15 minutes on a stair climber, after 30 minutes circuit training last week.
I just broke my 2 month weight loss plateau. I weighted in last week at 241 lbs (2lbs) and today at 239.5 lbs. (1.5 lbs).

Feeling very possitve today & looking forward to tonights work out.
