I have been on Cohens for a week now - loving it. Just wondering if anyone knows exacltly what vinegars I can use. Can we use anything that is labeled vinegar or should I be wary of eg: Plum Vinegar and other flavoured varieties. I have been using Balsamic, Tarragon, and White wine this week but bit worried to use any more.
Also Gem Squash - weighed cooked? I am bit confussed about this, and I am taking the tact to "presume nothing" on the plan to avoid making uneducated mistakes, so if someone could fill me in on best way to prepare this vegetable I will me most greatful. (would ask my consultant but she is only in Mondays and Fridays)
