Okay thanks to AJP, I have decided to choose THIS workout plan!!

One question about it tho. What the heckd oes it mean 4 day SPLIT workout?
Does taht mean I do all 4 days back to back as in: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday none stop then restart the workout plan on Friday and go at it again?

Or does that mean i should Do Monday, Tueday, rest wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and stop there? SO i should workout 4 times a week? But WHEN should i workout?? and should i have a day of rest afterwards everytime or after 2 days of workout? ANSWRS PLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It means your splitting up your prime movers into 4 days. IE chest/tri one day, back/bicep another day etc

If you where hitting all the prime movers in one session it would be a fullbody workout.

How you design your routine is up to you but i would avoid training for 3 days in a row.

I'm glad you found a good plan.

With this plan, I would go two days on, one day off, two days on, one day off, then repeat.

Or if you wanted to take a full day of rest between each day you would be fine as well.

Definitely don't do three days in a row like newf said.

how new are you to training?
because if you're new, that's WAY too many exercises, unless i'm mis-interpreting how you posted the routine.

Don't worry I am not new to training. I have been working out all year, but apparently, I have not been training the correct muscle groups together. I have a LOT of muscle endurance but I need to get bigger so i'm just doing htis.

ANd yea i think i will do 2 days on 1 day of rest, then 2 days on then 1 day of rest.
