I stretch twice a day (morning and night) for at least 10 minutes each time...which easily reaches up to 20 minutes if I have the time; mainly focusing on my legs (but don't ignore everything else) because I cherish my ability to do the splits and I don't want to lose it. Plus, it just plain feels good. BUT, my question is if I should be stretching on my rest day? Or if I do stretch, should I just do minor stretches?
