Question about NROL hypertrophy II

I'm wondering about workout A on Hypertrophy II. For the second superset there are 3 exercises under it: The row, the bench press and the dip....Are these all part of the super set? How would you time it? There isn't a dark line between the dip and the bench press. I'm a little lost.
 
If you look at C on the same program, you can imagine they just missed a superset bar on A. On C, he supersets the biceps curl with the russian twist. It looks to me like here you would superset the row and bench and then the dips and swiss ball crunch so that the workout is comprised of 3 supersets and 6 exercises.
