Question about Legs

alright, so im working full time during summer, I have to be on my feet the whole time.

After about three or four hours my feet and legs start hurting.

Same problems happens to my mom and my brother.

I was wondering what I can do to fix this problem; should I run more? should I do leg presses? I want to be able to help myself as well as my family.

I'm a bit overweight, but I workout almost everyday, if I run too much same problem happens, my legs starts hurting and eventually I have to stop because the pain is unbearable.


can you help me out with the problem and tell me what I should do to make this pain go away, or what exercises I need to do.
