Question about calories and jogging!!

So 15 and I've been running about 15 mins everyday and I not quite sure how long is the distance but I bet it must have been about 1 km...I try to improve my distance but everytime I jog more than i do I feel like fainting, like it's the end of me i really have no energy to go on...so I am thinking is that because of kcal intake???cause I am asian and when dieting I dun really eat rice I eat more of veggie and some protein but still I think compare to average people im eatting about 900-1200 a day...
