so for now im in the gym at school until summer hits. i need some help with exercices i can do for my legs. mostly my quads. ill have around 250lbs worth of weight and just a bench with a lege extension and leg curl. no squat rack. for my hams i figured doing stiff legged deads and lunges. but not sure about my quads. my max suat around 325 to 350 jus depending on the day. would hack squats be suitable. im lookin to gain more strength. possibly some jump squats w/ weights? any help would be appreciated. thanks.
