Putting on the weight & exorcising

Hello people,

Im 6'3, and 21 years old. I have a super fast metabolism, so what ever i eat doesnt really add any weight on me. Currently i weight 180, and i would like to add on more weight, and would also like to know how to slow my metabolism down or what foods will pack on the pounds for me. I currently lift weights. Most just arm repps, and some stomach crunchs.

The reason why i want to gain more weight is because at 6'3 and 180 pounds i look like a bean pole. Also i want to look fit and toned but with out losing to much weight in the process.
