I am 36, 6ft tall 170 lbs, fairly slim but with a decent shape except a layer of fat round my midrift that does not want to shift at all. I cardio train high intensity 3 times a week 40 mins a time at the moment and do not want to really change that part of my training routine.
I have a resonable healthy diet eating plenty of fruit and veg but it is not structured at all I also enjoy drinking wine and the odd beer on a fairly regular basis.
I have just aquired a bench and weights and I am going to work out 3 evenings a week with these but reading through some of the posts here it seems if I just start doing any old thing I will just be wasting my time and effort.
My goals are to build up my whole body and if at all possible try get rid of this damn midrift.
I have not looked round this site properly so some of my questions may be answered already but if anyone fels like giving me any advice which helped them to achieve their similar goals then feel free.
I am looking for:
some diet/Suppliments/vitamin advise
Routine advise
+ the many other things involved with successful excersise I have missed thinking about.
I am going to start next week adding this to my routine.
