Had a very boozey weekend with my gorgeous chap for his birthday. He got rollerblades which is adorable - he's been scootling along the beach every night quite happily. I have my friends funeral tomorrow but have made plans for the evening to keep busy and am working a half day. Calories for the day are too low but missed breakfast as had meetings early. Tomorrow will be higher

I'm glad you had a lovely birthday weekend with your gorgeous husband. It is cute that he got roller blades & that he loves them.
Hope your day is bearable hon. You have such a big heart, I know, but give yourself some tlc. Big hugs xoxoxo
Funeral was fine - so many people came we couldn't all fit in the church She was very loved. Watched game of thrones and twin peaks last night so was a night in front of the TV with some snacks.. damage not too bad at all as I planned for the snacking and had a small lunch and dinner. Off to Bournemouth today to see a client so taking a book for the train and will relax! Hoping i'll go to the gym after work so have my bag packed in case motivation strikes!
25th July Breakfast: Satsuma (41) Lunch: rice and vegetables (205) Dinner: cous cous, roasted veg, halloumi (514) Snacks: large glass of wine, poporn and an ice cream (618)
I did make it to the gym AND then a barre class. I've never done anything like it before - don't think I'll be very mobile tomorrow, was really hard. Here's a photo the PT took Exercise has been insane for today. Ready for bed now..
26th July Breakfast: satsumas (123) Lunch: crackers and cheese (280) Dinner: home-made chips, chicken, baked beans (478) Snacks: popcorn, glass of wine (445)
Hey butterfly - it was really good! I was quite anxious I wouldn't keep up but it was mostly stretches and stationary exercises that really burned but were easy enough to physically do Then some mat work at the end which was good. It helped that it was a small class! I'm going back next week and then will stay for kettlebells as never tried that before either!
Calorie disclaimer!: Had far too few calories yesterday - my planning went a little wrong and I ended up not having enough for lunch and then we worked at the soup kitchen and I was in the kitchen cooking all night.. by the time I got home after serving 50 dinners I just wasn't hungry! I had a small piece of chicken and a few home-made chips but my appetite was just gone. Usually I'd just eat anyway because it's "time to eat" but my body just wanted lots of water and some sleep last night so I didn't force myself to eat more. Tonight we have a birthday party to go to which will have pizza and wine and I have a friend coming tomorrow so we are eating out. Happy to have a low day to prepare for two heavy days but would not usually want to be under 1200 calories like this! Ended the day on 902 with 20,000 steps.. not ideal.
Scales are being mean this morning, hoping for a drop in the right direction tomorrow!
The husband has broken his arm and we are going camping tomorrow - chaos ensues..
Will be back after camping - still weighing it at 168 so happy. Now off for some relaxation and rest in a sleepy village on the Isle of Wight. See ya when I'm back!
Wow about the weight loss!! While I have spend the summer being lazy and not taking any action towards losing the weight, you have killed it and almost reached your goal weight!! Perfect!
Godammit I went offfff the wagon on holiday. I've just weighed and it's NOT GOOD. Amazing camping trip though despite 40 mph winds when we put the tent up.. Here's some piccies.
Back on it tomorrow - we are travelling to my parents near London for the day so will be stuck on a train for a lot of time.. going to take a new book and have coffee and avoid snacks. Need to get back to logging and exercising this week! Back tomorrow xo
