which one is more effective for making you chest bigger and toned quicker? benching or pushups? thnx in advance for any replies

this is what i did in that order. You can say i was burning out i started with 185 and went down to 95. i was trying to do as much as i can with each weight until i couldnt do anymore. tell me what you think of this. thanks
