Push-ups.

Hi,

what kind of push-ups should I do?
I want to get more marked pecs and biceps.

Any reccomendations on repitations, frequency? How many should I do?

There are tons of different push-ups you can do as far as reps go I'd say to always go to failure since your only using your body weight. Close grip will work inner pecs, as wide will work outer keeping your shoulders in really tight will destroy your triceps, Get three chairs and position them in a T feet on the back one and hands on the other two and go deep (those kill:D ) or just put your feet on the chair for more angle and wieght to the pecs. In the Marines we used to get a deck of cards, shuffle em up and start flipping them over and do the amount the card says, face card equals ten, ace eleven, and do the whole deck with a slight rest between cards. Whatever you can imagine really.
