Push Up?

What do push up works, also what do pull ups work. i like to do things that don't need anything but my body to work out. but i dont know of anything for my chest. please help. thanks
 
Push-ups work the chest, shoulders and triceps.

Pull-ups work the lats, biceps, and forearms.

To make your push-ups recruit more chest musculature, increase the range of motion by placing your hands on two raised objects of equal height.Two basketballs work well and because they roll around a bit, your stabilizer muscles have to work harder.You can also use two chairs with your feet resting upon a third.
 
Both of those exercises also work the serratus anterior (the rib looking things under your arms).

If you are looking for body weight only, try dips as well which work similar muscles as the push-up but tend to be a little harder.

One-legged squats are pretty COo.oOL for a body weight only exercise.

i love push-ups, they make your shoulders soo huge its not funny, im only 14, but im making good progress with them at my age,

push-ups are great workouts, i say, to do push-ups every single day, after the recent day, if your arms are sore and in pain, keep working out on them, but not 2 much that you pull something, you have to kno when too stop
