A little over a month ago I began training for a PFT where I will need to do sit-ups, 300m sprint, push-ups, 1.5 mile run, and pull-ups. Everything was going fine, but about a week ago while doing push-ups I get this pain/burning sensation in the muscles in the front of my neck. It seems to happen once I have reached about 20 push-ups. The pain is bad enough where I can't continue my workout. Has anyone ever had this problem or know what it could be? Any help would be appreciated.
