I used to belong to a forum that gave a small prize to the winner of our holiday challenges, no more than $10 and it had to be weightloss/fitness/diet related. It was a fun and motivating way for us to get to know each other, lose weight, and get a little gift for winning.
That being said, if you want to join my Turkey Trot I'll offer a small prize to the winner. The rules are posted below:
Start Date: October 31, 2016
Weigh-ins: Must be submitted by photo (feet on scale with date) to the group by 8pm EST
Prize: Pedometer
Ends: November 24, 2016
Please be active in this thread to be eligible for the prize. Weight loss tips, motivation, updated scale photos, and recipes are all appreciated and encouraged.
Sign ups: Accepted now through 10/30/16
The person with the biggest percentage of weight lost will be the winner.
