Pull-up/Chin-up Induced Headache

This was a little strange... I just finished a set of 25 push-ups and a minute or two later I went to my pull-up bar to do some pull ups. Around the 5th or 6th pull-up I felt a different strain on my upper back/neck area flowing towards my head. I just regarded this as normal blood pumping to my muscles or something, but on my 7th or 8th it started to get realy sharp. I stopped and the pain continued for about a minute or so. It was a like a painful headache that situated itself only on the back of my head and neck.

I think what I may have done was unconsciousy tightened my upper trapezius muscle while doing my pull-ups. Not sure exactly how this would cause a headache. Anyone know?
 
i know that headaces are have very much to do with your shoulders and back.. if you have shoulders that hurt and stuff like that you can easily get headaces.
