My son recently broke his wrist. He is a baseball pitcher and wants to get back into shape as quickly as safely possible. He has heard that protien shakes will help him to build his muscles faster. Since he is a pitcher he des not want to build bulk just muscle and tone. Are protien shakes the way to go or is there something better to help get the arm muscles back in shape?
