I keep hearing peanut butter, which is good. But for someone looking to cut, you really need to watch how much peanut butter you eat because it is calorically dense.

The other thing is to much peanut butter is not a good thing either, it is after all a mold.

A better alternative to peanut butter is almond butter.

Since we're on fats and essential fats at that, you should be taking some EFAs (essential fatty acids) which comes in the form of fish oil and adding flax will give you the 6 and 9s.
 
Just be sure you grind the whole flax seeds before eating them, because the body cannot properly digest them whole. I buy them already milled and add it to my morning oatmeal.

yuck, I don't like almond butter.
