Protein

Its kind of true but the artical is completely missing the point.
Its saying the too much protein is bad. Well yeah, too much of anything is bad, even water in exsessive amounts.

Anyone who is interested in improving their body (building muscle or reducing fat) should work out how many calories they need in one day, then workout how much protein they need from there.
If you do this (as you already should) then there is no problem.

The artical is looking at people who are taking on way too much protein and not doing the exercise needed. Dont be one of them people.

Not enough protein - Bad!
Not enough exercise - Bad
Too much protein - Bad
Too much exercise - Bad
Correct amount of exercise and protein - Perfect!!!
