Im 16, 5'10", 178 lbs. and dieting. Yes or No? Also I notice my workouts are more effiecient when I drink coffee since I get a good boost of energy/Caffeine.
If you losing weight you dont wanna really drink the protein shakes cos they cud help towards adding fat onto you (due to extra milk required etc). It depends how extensive ur workout is and if or not it promotes muscle growth.
