protein powder question

hey
i just finishd a 2lb tub of whey isolate protein powder
it was french vanilla flavoured and a serving was considered as 2 scoops (45g total) with 250ml of water, milk or fruit juice.
w/ 2 scoops it had about 160calories and 40g of protein and .5g fat and 1.5carbs

now the new one i got ... its the same thing .. same company .. but its like a cool drink (lemonade) ... but the servings on this one are only considered 1 scoop (25g total)
now and it says take 1-2 servings per day. per serving it only has 21g of protein.

how come with the other one i could take 2 servigns a day (total of 80g protein) and with this one i can only take 2 servings a day (total 42g protein) ... i dont get why this new one is telling me to intake less. cuz with the other one i was getting twice the protein.

is it not safe or wat ? i really dont know.
hope someone can help.
thnx

yes its the same product

first product - GNC Whey iso burst
second - GNC Whey kool (isolate)
theyre both the same ...

wat also makes me mad is that the second one .. its lemonade flavour so good for summer ... but i have to mix it with sooo much water per serving ... 471ml or something .. its like a pint.
but yea ...

theyre the same thing

Hey,

Protein is safe to take as much as you want...if you are planning to build muscle mass, you need at least one gram of protein per DESIRED body weight. So if the box says take 2 scoops daily, you can safely take 3 or 4 without any worrying. DO NOT do the same with creatine or any other supplement out there.

Hope this helps,

Roman
