I just have a few questions; and I can't seem to have a grasp on them. Just a little brief breakdown before hand;
If anyone could reply with anything useful such as Diet Charts, Exercise Charts; and so on. That'd much appreciated. If you anymore questions to filter out bad things, go ahead an ask.

I just have a few questions; and I can't seem to have a grasp on them. Just a little brief breakdown before hand;
- I weight 235 lbs which is roughly 106.6 kgs
- I'm currently 5'8 - 5'9
- I measured my Body Fat to be at 35% last time.
- Going to the Gym; I lost motivation as I didn't see a change.
- I've dry fasted for a large span of time roughly around (3 weeks) not straight of course.
- I've tried not eating for several days but drinking water.
