hi boys i am have just turned 17 i aint a small lad i'm 5ft 9 and 13 and a half stone i aint fat but got a bit of a belly (wich i wont rif of ) and my arms aint as big as id like them to be so iv just bought some promax for high protein levels in my diet wich i'm hoping with me working out 3-4 times per week for a hr at a time will help me get rig of my belly and hopfully make me stronger and get leaner mucels.
i was wondering what would you recomend me take this 3-4 times per day and how much do you recone i will need to work out and will it take long till i can see any difrence pluse any routine or eating right what should i eat ect ect
