Just had to post, I'd been working about but not to seriously they last few years and started a Chad Waterbury program about a month ago. 2 weeks ago I tried lifting a pair of 100lb dumbells but couldnt move them, this morning I was able to put them up 2 times. I normaly do 3x10 pair of 50, 3x10 pair of 60, 3x10 pair of 70. Is this a good weight to work at with my max rep or should I up it a bit? The set of 50 feel easy but Im usally pretty close to failure towards the end of the last one, when I use the pair of 70lbers.
