I just finished a 7 week cycle of mass building and I'm taking a break before I start another. My progress was great! I built more muscle than I thought I could. I can't believe these pics are really me!








sarahfitchic said:Thank you! I had always done split training. I switched to full body 3 times a week with high volume. My body needs high volume workouts to grow. I hate the full body, high volume workouts, but damn they sure work for me!
