I have been wanting to post of pictures of my progress but I am a still very embarrassed about how I look so I figured I'd post some arm pics for yall to see. Perhaps it's me wanting to "see" progress but I think they have changed a little bit. This is after a week of strength training 3 times that week, plus whey protein isolate after every workout(40grams). Workout for my upper goes with:

Chest Press (30lbs each hand) - 3 sets 12 reps
Front and Lateral Raises (15lbs each hand) - 3 sets 10 reps
Shoulder Press (30lbs each hand) - 3 sets 10 reps
Hammer Curls (30lbs each hand) - 3 sets 10 reps
Tricep Kickback (30lbs each) - 3 sets 15 reps
Shrugs (30lbs each hand) - 3 sets 20 reps

Right now I only got up to 30lbs haha. I am saving up more money to get the set up to 60 lbs so I can start pushing myself harder each week. I hope that it's not just me who sees the results but yall as well. Also my doctor told me that a reason why I am not losing weight yet is cause I got back into strength training and of course muscles weigh more than fat but also that my muscles are soaking up a ton of water. Who knows, but I'm going to keep pluggin at it. Hopefully I won't get flamed for posting 2 pics that look the same pretty much lol But I feel like I needed to post something.
