I've been doing them exactly as outlined in the book. I think they are solid and well balanced. There's a pretty good variety of exercises and with the rep/rest variations it stays pretty fun. I had hoped to gain more on hyp 1 & 2 but I suspect I could've eaten a bit more. I've just started Hyp 3 and I'm going to up the cals a bit more and see what happens.Lookin good man, keep up the good work. How do you like the NROL workouts? Do you do them exactly or change em around?
