Progress Help/Info

Alright so I am 18 years old and I started working out for the first time ever at the start of january, so its been about 4 months now.


I have not taken any pre workout or any supplements yet, although I may start soon.

So basically some info:

Incline dumbell press: Started with 25 lbs dumbells, now im at 70 lbs dumbells

Bench: Started with 25 lbs now I am at Plates + 25's

Mostly everything else squats deadlifts, curls, all moved up in that sort of percentage etc.

I was just wondering if this is slow progress or a good pace because I might switch it up if it sucks.

How heavy are the plates?

Either way, going on the dumbell incline increase then yeah a nearly 200% in 4 months is good. Being new to it, you should continue improving at a decent rate for a while. Don't worry too much about supplements. Just eat well and lots of it, assuming your trying to build muscle. Perhaps change your workout in a couple of months (or if you hit a plateau) as the body adapts after a while and a change of routine shocks it and helps improve it.
