Well, as tough as I know it's going to be (I am a terrible procrastinator) it's decided tomorrow morning I will begin to count calories, exercise, eat right, and begin to shed this weight. Here I will make my food diary and belly fat tracker, meaning, yeah, gonna see some side belly (but I will be wearing pants) but that's my target location , secondary are my thighs (but I won't be so callous as showing you leg...unless you ask for it hahaha!) so, cheers and here's to day 1 of a hopefully successful run!

Current weight- 260lbs
Calories needed to maintain- 3300
BMI-32.5 (Obese, YIKES)
Target daily caloric intake-3000
 
Today was light on food, but also light on doing anything today, i had only one large meal and grazed throughout the day
Taco salad with glass of Arizona iced tea- About 1000 calories
6 shrimp- 50 calories
various grazing- roughly 200 calories

if i round up its about 1300 calories today, but it was also very lazy and i didn't move around much

Tomorow im going to be more active, cleaning and such for my sister in law who's visiting and im making a proper dinner, steak, potatoes, corn and whatever i decie for lunch and breakfast
 
Past couple days been well. I usually love any kind of fast food but I'm cutting it out entirely! When I get a craving for some nosh I usually grab a Watermelon spear or a cup of yogurt. Had a bit of stuffed french toast yesterday (Bread, cream cheese, fruit, no syrup or whipped cream) and had a snack of some shrimp before bed. I like to think I'm doing okay :)
 
Gonna be a couple snowy days, and these kinds of days make it far too easy to get lazy and eat whatever junkfood you have around, but today had some Shepards pie (mashed taters, corn, beef) and a cup of coffee :) also am cutting soda out of my diet as well, changing it for iced tea or lemonade
 
Gotta go shopping tomorrow, gonna load up on some more fruits and veggies, and get a meal plan for the week :) Power went out and we needed to get an electrician out here (thankfully not on our dime) to fix thing and to shorten a long stroy only half the home has power (where it needs to be) and might go out again tomorrow for some time.
 
Weighed myself, down about 2 lbs or so, so it's a start. I hope once my fast food embargo hits home i'll drop another couple pounds over the coming weeks :)
 
so far so good, I've no wavered in my fast food embargo and making more homemade meals with a variety of ingredients and such, just gotta watch my sweet tooth!
