Problem: Getting bigger, but not getting stronger

Is this normal? During the past two months I became pretty serious with weight training, but I've found that I am doing about the same amount of reps with the same amount of weights and getting tired at about the same time, yet I put on noticable amount of muscle
 
How much bigger did you get? Do you have any before and after measurements?

How many calories do you eat? How much weight did you gain?

What does your routine look like?
