I'm not sure which post this belongs in and if you think this doesn't belong I would appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction. I have a precor efx 544 elliptical at home and there is noise that is coming out from the lift motor part of it. The electrical part works fine, but the mechanical one I think is the issue. It seems that the lift mechanism may have a little more play than it should and every time I slide over the high position on the right side it makes a clanking noise. If anyone has any ideas or know of any common problems please let me know.
